Fees

Fees for appraisal services are set at an hourly or project rate, depending on the assignment. A contract with a project estimate will be sent to the client, and work will not begin until the signed contract is returned. A retainer may be requested by the appraiser before work will begin. The final report will not be sent to the client until payment has been received.

Initial visits for artwork intake and cataloging are charged at the regular hourly rate. Travel of more than 30 minutes (each way) from Fairport, NY is charged at one-quarter of the hourly rate.

Reports are delivered electronically as PDFs. Printed and bound hard copies may be mailed, if desired, at cost of printing and shipping plus an administrative fee.
